By accessing or using RoamVista ("we", "our", "us"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Services We Provide

RoamVista is a travel deal curation and booking facilitation platform. We aggregate deals from verified third-party suppliers including hotels, airlines, and tour operators. We act as an intermediary and are not a travel service provider unless explicitly stated. All bookings remain subject to the terms of the relevant supplier.

2.1 Accuracy of Information

We work hard to ensure all pricing, availability, and deal information is accurate at the time of publication. However, prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We cannot guarantee a deal will remain available after it is viewed.

3. Booking & Payment

When you book a deal through RoamVista, you enter into a contract with the relevant travel supplier. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking. All prices are shown in your selected currency and may be subject to exchange rate changes.

3.1 Confirmation

Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation email from RoamVista and/or the supplier. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel a booking and issue a full refund.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by deal and supplier and will be clearly displayed before booking. Deals marked "Free Cancellation" permit cancellations without penalty up to 48 hours before the commencement of services. Refunds are processed within 5–14 business days.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when booking. You are responsible for holding valid travel documents required for your destination.

• You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of all personal information provided.
• You must comply with the laws and regulations of all countries visited.
• You must not use our platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the RoamVista platform is the property of RoamVista or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoamVista shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant booking in the preceding twelve months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Registered users will be notified of material changes by email. Continued use of our platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
